The Sacred Descent Retreat

A woman living from wholeness is not a woman without darkness, she is a woman who has met it.

21st - 25th October 2026

Marbella, Spain

From the beginning, we are told we are too much and simultaneously not enough.

Too intense, too needy, too loud, too feeling. Not quite capable enough, not quite together enough, not quite enough of whatever the moment demands.

So we learn to split ourselves, bringing forward what is welcome and sending underground what is not.

What went underground did not disappear. It became the insecurity beneath the confidence, the exhaustion beneath the competence, the voice that tightens before you speak. The version of you that no one has quite seen, because you have never quite let them.

A woman living from genuine wholeness is not a woman who has resolved all of this. She is a woman who stopped hiding it from herself.

She descended. She met the parts she had exiled. She returned with herself complete.

Unshakeable. Unapologetic. Fully, finally, herself.

That woman has always been inside of you. This is five days of bringing her home.

The Invitation

Woman emerging from fire — The Sacred Descent women's transformational retreat, Marbella 2026

This retreat is an invitation to do what few women allow themselves to do: descend. Not to fall, but to choose. To journey consciously into the parts of yourself that understanding alone has never reached.

The path is inspired by the ancient Sumerian myth of Inanna's Descent to the Underworld. Inanna, Queen of Heaven, chooses to descend through seven gates, surrendering the identities, roles, and symbols that define her. In the darkness, she meets her exiled sister, Ereshkigal.

In the beginning, they were not separate. They were two aspects of the same wholeness. But the world celebrated Inanna, the capable, radiant, sovereign self and cast Ereshkigal into the shadows. Not because she was wrong, but because she carried what the world could not hold.

This is the story of every woman who learned that certain parts of herself were unwelcome. The grief, the anger, the longing, the need, the desire. Over time, these exiled parts went underground, appearing instead as self-doubt, exhaustion, or the feeling of never quite being enough.

The descent is not a rescue mission. It is a remembering. A witnessing. And in that witnessing, what was once divided can become whole again.

The heroine’s journey looks different from the hero’s. We do not set out to conquer.

Our path asks us to strip away, to unlearn, to descend. To feel what we have spent a lifetime outrunning.

It is in the depths of ourselves that we learn true alchemy, transforming pain into wisdom and coming into deepest wholeness within ourselves.

The Journey

DAY 1 · Arrival

Arrival · Opening Ceremony · The Myth

We gather, we orient, we begin. The opening ceremony marks the threshold — the moment the descent becomes real.

The myth is introduced as a living map, not an intellectual exercise. The circle forms.

DAY 2 · The Upper Gates

Pattern & Belief Work · The First Gate (Control) · Somatic Practice · Sound Healing

We begin where every descent begins: with what we have constructed above ground. The beliefs, the patterns, the strategies that kept us safe. The first gate asks for the crown — what we have placed at the top of ourselves to feel sovereign, to feel in control. We feel the body’s response. Sound holds what words cannot.

DAY 3 · The Middle Gates

The Second Gate (Story & Illusion) · Breathwork · The Third Gate (False Voice) · The Fourth Gate (Armour)

We move deeper. The stories that shaped us. The voice that learned to speak only what was safe. The armour that formed, layer by layer, around the heart. Breathwork opens what the mind cannot reach. Each gate surrendered is something that was never truly ours to carry.

DAY 4 · The Lowest Gates

The Fifth Gate (Suppressed Emotions) · The Sixth Gate (False Identity) · Sunset Ceremony · The Seventh Gate (Self)

The deepest work. We reach the floor of the descent — the place where what was most exiled waits. The seventh gate asks for everything. The sunset ceremony holds the turning point: the moment the sisters finally stand in the same room. What happens here cannot be fully described. It needs to be met.

DAY 5 · The Return

Integration · Closing Ritual · Return

She does not rush back. The return is as sacred as the descent. We integrate — in the body, in the circle, in ceremony. The closing ritual marks the threshold of return. She walks out not as the woman who descended, but as the one who survived it.

Your Facilitators

A woman in beige clothing with jewelry, sitting cross-legged on a rocky surface near large rocks and cliffs under a clear blue sky, with her eyes closed and hands resting on her stomach.

Felice Langkamp is a somatic and subconscious reprogramming coach and Reiki practitioner.

She works at the intersection of the body, the energetic body, and the subconscious mind, guiding people from the patterns that have quietly defined them toward the fullness of who they actually are.

Her work was shaped by her own descent. Through somatic practice, nervous system regulation, energy healing, and deep coaching, she supports clients to find, unpick, and rewire what no amount of thinking has been able to touch.

Her transmission: the power has always been, and will always be, right inside of you. It is nothing you ever need to get to and nothing anyone can ever take away.

A woman sits on a yoga mat outdoors, playing crystal singing bowls with a mallet, surrounded by trees and greenery in a peaceful setting.

Oana Ratiu is a transformational facilitator trained in Womens Centered Coaching, PSYCH-K, EFT, Reiki, Sound Healing and New Code NLP.

She works at the intersection of the subconscious mind, the body, and the feminine soul, below the threshold of what thinking alone can reach.

She is fascinated by the architecture of belief: how a meaning formed in a single moment can quietly govern a woman’s entire way of being and how swiftly something shifts when you access the right level. Emotions are doorways here. The body is always part of the work. Sound travels to the places words cannot.

Her transmission: you are already enough. The depths are safe. And there is something extraordinary waiting in them.

Over five days, we journey through the seven gates of Inanna's descent.

Each gate asks for something. The heroine's journey is not about conquering the world, but remembering herself.

You will not leave the same woman who arrived. That is the point.

This is an invitation to awaken the power that has always been within you.
